Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if there is suspicion of payment fraud, unethical behavior, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Eligibility for Refunds and Transfers

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of service activation. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

    • Advertisers must provide accurate information about their products or services when submitting campaigns for approval, including any suspension history on platforms or with other agencies.
  1. 2. Approval of Changes:
    • Advertisers must inform AnalyticsLiv Digital of any changes to their product, service, advertising content, or creatives and obtain approval before launching their campaigns.
  1. 3. Policy Violations
    • If AnalyticsLiv Digital detects that advertisers use unapproved creatives, landing pages, or content that violates Google advertising policies, a $2,000 penalty will be retained, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
  1. 4. Platform Compliance:
    • Advertisers must not violate any terms or policies set by the advertising platform used for their campaigns.The details of the said activities have been detailed out based on the Google Support document 🔗
  1. 5. Prepayment Requirements:
    • All advertising budgets and associated fees must be deposited in full prior to launching campaigns.
  1. 6. Payment History:
    • Advertisers must have no prior history of payment disputes with AnalyticsLiv Digital.
Refund Amount

The refund amount will consist of the remaining, unspent advertising budget. Refunds do not include:

  • • Advertising credits or vouchers
  • • Rental fees or agency fees
  • • Taxes or any other incurred costs
Payment Method

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, additional information may be required on a case-by-case basis. AnalyticsLiv Digital reserves the right to decline the refund if the advertiser fails to provide necessary information or meet the conditions outlined.

Processing Time

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method. Refunds will typically be processed within 5-20 business days.
